At the prestigious annual Michelin Guide, our Pastry Chef Patrick Mesiano was honoured with the Passion Dessert award. With his team, he offers a range of irresistible desserts in the four restaurants of the Hotel Metropole Monte-Carlo.

Les Ambassadeurs by Christophe Cussac, gastronomic restaurant awarded two Michelin stars, offers a simple, contemporary and authentic Mediterranean cuisine. This warm setting, designed by Jacques Garcia, is the promise of a moment of sharing for the guests.

Yoshi, the only Japanese restaurant on the Côte d’Azur to be awarded a Michelin star since 2010, showcases the typically Japanese cuisine executed by Takeo Yamazaki, in a contemporary and audacious décor designed by Didier Gomez.

ODYSSEY, the lounge-restaurant designed by Karl Lagerfeld, offers a light and modern Mediterranean cuisine by the pool.

Trendy and elegant, the Lobby Bar with its terrace is the living place to enjoy delightful moments for a cocktail, a lunch or a dinner.

The fine art of…Table design!

In association with Studio Cé “table designers”, the gastronomic restaurant “Les Ambassadeurs by Christophe Cussac“, offers bespoke scenography inspired by the Art of Hosting.

Célia Jourdheuil and Aurélie Lapierre decided to turn their passion into a profession: highly talented, they combine objects, genres, styles and codes, to create unique table designs. The artistic duo also lays the table while imagining subtle atmospheres.

At the restaurant, the art of the table, in perfect osmosis with the style of Jacques Garcia, thus reveals the know-how of skilled craftsmen and designers: Tino Aïello, artist-potter in Vallauris for seven generations created and cast the candlesticks; Diptyque Paris designed the spiralling water glasses, mouth-blown in Italy, and the candle holders; Garnier Thiebaut designed the tablecloths and napkins, and the cutlery is signed Christofle.

The serving dishes designed freehand by Jeremy Maxwell Wintrebert, moulded and fired in the oven, bring to life generous, sensual creations. This French-American artist, winner of the Bettencourt Prize for “L’Intelligence de la Main” in 2019, produces real crystalline artworks for the restaurant of Chef Christophe Cussac, each one different and unique, embodying poetic and pictorial strength.

ZIA POP-UP AT ODYSSEY

From 12 June to 31 August.

This summer, Chef Christophe Cussac has chosen to give the poolside restaurant a unique touch with ZIA. To embody this vision, the dynamic duo of Manon Santini and Rocco Seminara will take over from Wednesday to Sunday for dinner with an original and contemporary pizza menu.

The restaurant.

Glamorous, elegant and warm, the Lobby Bar is the place for all gourmet pleasures. The architect and designer Jacques Garcia reinvented areas to create a living space where you can sit, read or meet up with friends.
