You are responsible for welcoming guests.
You handle check-in and check-out procedures, and settling their bills, while ensuring the smooth running of their stay. Attentive and guest-focused, you provide information and assistance throughout their stay, anticipating their needs to deliver a personalised, high-quality experience. Depending on the needs of the department, you may be required to work night shifts.

You oversee the daily organization of the Housekeeping department, room assignment via the PMS and the coordination of guest requests.
Arrivals and departures are monitored in close liaison with the Front Desk to ensure room availability within the required timeframes. You are responsible for interdepartmental coordination, room follow-up, and compliance with quality standards and LQA guidelines.
As a true ambassador of the establishment, you are the first point of contact for our guests and handle reservation management with rigor and professionalism.
You ensure that quality standards are upheld in order to guarantee a flawless guest experience from the very first interaction. Fully knowledgeable about the hotel, its rooms and event spaces, you advise on each request with precision.

From the Lobby Bar to Les Ambassadeurs by Christophe Cussac, from Yoshi to Room Service, every role — maître d'hôtel, barman or sommelier, commis de salle or host — is part of a culture of service excellence.
To join the Hotel Metropole Monte-Carlo's catering teams is to enter a world where every profession has its codes, its gestures and its transmission. In the dining room with Marco Tognon or in the wine cellar with Frédéric Woelfflé and his cellar of 15,000 bottles: so many disciplines carried by passionate professionals who have made transmission their daily philosophy.
You assist the Bar team with its daily duties and actively contribute to the smooth running of the service.
You ensure the bar is properly set up and that the areas are clean and well maintained. You help ensure our guests’ satisfaction and have a good knowledge of the cocktail menu and products offered. You also contribute to the creation of new cocktails.

You assist the Maître d’Hôtel in the organization and coordination of the In-Room Dining service.
You ensure that all services are prepared and delivered in accordance with the hotel's quality standards and procedures, while providing impeccable hospitality and a personalized experience for every guest. You are responsible for maintaining the highest level of service quality, from the guest’s arrival through to the completion of their dining experience.

As part of the brigade at Les Ambassadeurs by Christophe Cussac, you will oversee your assigned section and prepare dishes in accordance with the House's standards.
You will ensure service quality, compliance with hygiene and food safety standards, the efficient management of your section, and the supervision of your team.

You assist the Chef de Partie in their daily duties and contribute actively to the smooth running of the service.
You carry out the tasks assigned by the Chef de Partie or Demi-Chef de Partie with rigor and attention to detail, in accordance with the establishment’s quality standards and procedures.

You handle the reception, screening and routing of internal and external calls.
You are responsible for updating directories, distributing the daily function sheets, submitting Police Registration Forms to the Monégasque Public Security authorities, and managing restaurant reservations for the hotel's outlets (Les Ambassadeurs by Christophe Cussac**, Yoshi, Bar).

You contribute to the hotel's commercial strategy and brand visibility by developing the client portfolio through networks and partners and managing commercial contracts.
You monitor sales targets and implement action plans to optimize performance. Regular field presence is expected through client events and travel, with a creative approach to strengthening the hotel's market differentiation.
