Ludovic Savariello
thursday 1st october 2026

Thursday 1st October at 6 pm
True to its passion for the arts, The Hotel Metropole Monte-Carlo continues its Rendez-Vous Culturels series by welcoming author and neuroscience specialist Ludovic Savariello on 1st October. An opportunity to reflect on our relationship with others, with ourselves and with the world around us, through conversation and the sharing of ideas, in the intimate and refined atmosphere of the House.
Alongside its art collection, architecture and spaces designed for contemplation, the Hotel Metropole Monte-Carlo nurtures a programme in which literature, creativity and the art of living naturally come together. Writers, artists and intellectuals take turns throughout the year, making each Rendez-Vous a privileged moment for exchange.
The brain, an ally for well-being
Author of Votre cerveau, fournisseur officiel de bonheur (Your Brain, Official Provider of Happiness), Ludovic Savariello works with elite athletes, public figures and business leaders as a consultant and certified professional coach.
A CentraleSupélec engineer and former entrepreneur, his journey was profoundly shaped by a serious accident that led him to explore the power of the mind. Trained in neuroscience, psychopathology and neuro-linguistic programming, he is also a Master Practitioner in Ericksonian Hypnosis and a yoga teacher at the Institut Français du Yoga (IFY).
In keeping with the world of Spa Métropole by Guerlain, this conversation will invite guests to gain a deeper understanding of the mechanisms of the brain and their influence on our perception of happiness, while exploring the resources each of us can draw upon to influence our state of mind, cultivate inner balance and live better on a daily basis.

Through its Rendez-Vous Culturels, the Hotel Metropole Monte-Carlo embodies a sensitive vision of hospitality, where works of art, ideas and meaningful exchanges naturally find their place. Conceived as privileged interludes, these encounters bring together figures from the worlds of literature, art and thought, inviting them to engage in conversation with guests and share their perspectives in the sincere and intimate atmosphere that is so dear to the Maison.
