Quest'estate, lo Chef Christophe Cussac ha scelto di dare un tocco unico al ristorante a bordo piscina con ZIA. Per incarnare questa visione, il dinamico duo Manon Santini e Rocco Seminara presenterano dal mercoledì alla domenica a cena con un menu di pizza originali e contemporanei.

L’indirizzo più confidenziale di Monte-Carlo apre le sue porte ai clienti esterni. A pranzo, lo Chef Christophe Cussac propone un menù d’ispirazione mediterranea che esalta la freschezza, la leggerezza e la qualità dei prodotti di stagione.

Sea and land… The Mediterranean joins the celebrations, from grilled lobster, provencal tomatoes and sweet spicies to chicken aged Barolo wine vinegar. Here, treats for the taste buds are also healthy. Enjoy, while keeping fit and healthy!

Organic irish “Black Angus” beef carpaccio virgin oil, gilthead seabream carpaccio marinated with “Strego Liquor” sweet spices, purple artichoke salad with rocket leaves and parmesan… Starters flaunting the best of local colours.
