With more than 25 restaurants to his name, the renowned Chef is mostly on the road and considers Hotel Metropole his second home. In 2004, he opened a first restaurant in the Hotel, “Joël Robuchon Monte-Carlo Restaurant”, followed by a second in 2008, “YOSHI”, his first Japanese Restaurant in the world.

A real master on location, his visits are always much revered. In the Cuisine, the Chef develops new recipes with Christophe Cussac, Chef des Cuisines. And when Joël Robuchon goes into the restaurant or the lobby, it’s always the same craze around an affordable and curious Chef…
